Bowmans Standard Legal Statement

This document sets forth, for international purposes only, the Rules applicable to Bowmans.com Sports, Ltd.’s customer accounts and wagering policies. No customer or contractual relationship is created between Bowmans.com and any person until Bowmans.com at its Mauritius office establishes an account for the potential customer pursuant to Accounts Rules 1 – 5 and assigns him or her PIN and password.

Bowmans.com Sports, Ltd. is a duly authorized and licensed bookmaker operating under the laws of the Republic of Mauritius; where all accounts are maintained, wagers are accepted and winnings are credited to accounts. While Bowmans.com welcomed to its locations customers from all corners of the world, we cannot be present everywhere. Notwithstanding anything set forth in the Rules which follow, all agreements with our customers and all wagering transactions, take place at Bowmans.com offices in the Republic of Mauritius. This will not limit in any way Bowmans.com responsibility to treat you honestly and fairly, as it is legally required to do and always has in the past.

Bowmans.com makes no representations as to whether the applicable laws in your jurisdiction permit you to place bets with a licensed organization outside your jurisdiction. It is the obligation of each customer opening an account or placing a wager with Bowmans.com to determine whether his or her actions are in conformity with local laws.

All transactions are governed by the Account Rules and Sports Rules (set forth herein) and Credit Card Rules (issued separately) - jointly referred to as the “Rules”. In the event of any ambiguity or in any area where no rule specifically applies, transactions and disputes will be governed by a consensus of the rules generally applicable in Las Vegas. In connection with disputes, Bowmans.com does and may consult from time to time with Las Vegas Sports Consultants.

Bowmans.com (the ‘Company’) reserves the right to refuse payment of any winnings from a wager if the Company has reason to believe that the client has acted improperly. For example, acting in collusion with another in a way that would influence the transaction or attempting to defraud the Company. We do this for the protection of our honest customers and of the integrity of the games.

In the event of any dispute concerning a decision made by the Company, appeals may be taken in writing to the Customer Account Manager. Except for referrals and consultations to Las Vegas Sports Consultants, the decision of the Customer Account Manager will be full and final. Written advice will be sought from Las Vegas Sports Consultants only where the Company deems it necessary.

By opening an account with Bowmans.com the customer agrees to all of the foregoing and to all Rules.
