Though New England's Tom Brady won the AFC Offensive Player of the Week on Wednesday, completing 27 passes for 304 yards and scoring three touchdowns (only one through the air), Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton was one of eight nominations this week after his performance against the Arizona Cardinals. Dalton, who completed 18 passes for 154 yards passing and two touchdowns (a majority of that in the first half), has already been nominated for Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Week, which is a fan vote that goes until Friday afternoon.

Other nominations for this week’s award that Brady won, includes Titans tight end Jared Cook (eight receptions, 169 yards, touchdown), Steelers running back Rashard Mendenhall (116 yards, 18 carries, touchdown), Dolphins quarterback Matt Moore (17 of 33 for 294 yards and a 99.8 passer rating), Bills running back C.J. Spiller (111 yards rushing, 16 carries, touchdown), Colts wide receiver Reggie Wayne (eight receptions, 106 yards receiving, touchdown) and Patriots wide receiver Wes Welker (12 receptions, 138 yards receiving).
